ISSEE will be exhibiting at the Security & Policing, the Home Office platform for defence professionals to engage with the very highest level of security expertise.
This year Security & Policing takes place from 8th to 10th March at FIVE, Farnborough. Visit us on stand B44.
The event showcases world leading products and services, taking advantage of the unique opportunity to bring together people with operational needs with companies that have the relevant solutions, all within a secure environment. The event enables exhibitors to display products which would be too sensitive to show in a more open environment.
ISSEE delivers first class counter terrorism training and disciplines with confidence and credibility. Of particular focus to ISSEE at Security & Policing is the National Security Area and its links to the National Counter Terrorism Security Office (NaCTSO).
NaCTSO is a police unit that supports the ‘protect and prepare’ strands of the government’s counter terrorism strategy. Their primary role is to provide help, advice and guidance on all aspects of counter terrorism protective security to specified industry sectors. NaCTSO provides the help, advice and guidance to government and industry to protect from terrorist threats:
- Crowded places throughout the UK
- Hazardous sites and dangerous substances
- Critical national infrastructure – alongside the Centre for Protection of National Infrastructure (CPNI)
ISSEE will be joined at Security & Policing by Amba Defence, in a continuation of our strategic partnership. The link-up with Amba connects advanced security technology with the people who count on it every day. The creation of a product focused operational training capability enables our customers to receive high quality, relevant instruction in the technical use and operation of security and defence equipment without separate contracts or conflicting advice. For example, Amba’s Manta Under Vehicle Inspection System, where operators are prepared for all kinds of scenarios including the protocols to follow should an IED or weapon be detected.
