P1 all explosive materials are obtained correctly and checked in conformity with the requirements of the blasting specification
P2 records are completed accurately and made available to authorized persons
P3 explosive materials are handled safely in accordance with operational and organizational procedures and relevant legislation requirements
P4 problems and conditions outside the responsibility of the candidate are referred to an authorized person
P5 work is carried out to approved procedures and practices and in compliance with statutory requirements
