This standard covers the competences you need to in manage the test of explosive substances and/or articles accordance with approved procedures and practices.
You will be required to demonstrate that you can review the conduct of the test and deliverables with the customer, delivering the objectives within budget and/or timescales in accordance with approved procedures and practices.
This activity is likely to be undertaken by someone whose work role involves Weapons, Ordnance, Munitions or Explosives work activities. This includes people working as test and evaluation supervisors.
P1 work safely at all times, complying with health and safety, environmental and other relevant regulations, legislation and guidelines

P12 ensure that the site is suitably remediated and the equipment recovered post-task
P13 give clear and accurate technical advice
P14 maintain the requirements of confidentiality at all times
P15 adhere to the relevant quality standards
P16 report your findings, in the correct format
